  • 1 packettennis biscuits (crushed)for the crust
  • 85 gmelted butter(~⅜ cup)for the crust
  • 385 gcondensed milk(~1¼ cups)1 tin; for the filling
  • 550 gtub of yoghurt(~2¼ cups)your favourite flavour; for the filling

Method

  1. 01

    Mix the crushed tennis biscuits and melted butter together.

  2. 02

    Line a greased pie dish with the crumbs.

  3. 03

    Pack them in firmly.

  4. 04

    Mix the yoghurt and condensed milk together.

  5. 05

    Pour the filling over the crust.

  6. 06

    Bake in a microwave for FOUR minutes on high.

  7. 07

    Chill in the fridge.

  8. 08

    Decorate with whipped cream and fresh strawberries.
