Fish Cakes

Ingredients

• 1 tintuna
• 1 mediumpotatocooked & mashed
• 1egg
• 1 mediumoniongrated
• 1 mediumcarrotgrated; optional
• to tastesalt
• to tastepepper
• fresh parsley
• ±1 TBself-raising flouradd until batter is stiff enough

Method

   Mix everything together well.

2. 02

   Add approximately 1 tablespoon of self-raising flour until the batter is stiff enough.

3. 03

   Fry in a little oil (shape into small balls and press flat).
