Ingredients
- 2 cupsself-raising flour
- ½ tspsalt
- 2 Tbspsugar
- 2 Tbspmargarine or oil
- 200mllukewarm water(~⅞ cup)
Method
- 01
Sift dry ingredients together.
- 02
Add margarine/oil and mix.
- 03
Add water and mix.
- 04
Knead dough for ± 5 minutes.
- 05
Cut into blocks and press slightly flat.
- 06
Braai (grill) on moderate coals.
