- 8 tbspoat bran
- 4 tbsfromage frais
- ½ tspsweetener
- lemon zest or cinnamon

Heat oven to 180°C.

Beat egg whites until stiff.

Mix other ingredients (egg yolks, oat bran, fromage frais, sweetener, lemon zest or cinnamon).

Fold in egg whites.

Pour into muffin pan.

Bake 20–30 min.
