  • 4eggsseparated
  • 8 tbspoat bran
  • 4 tbsfromage frais
  • ½ tspsweetener
  • lemon zest or cinnamon

Method

  1. 01

    Heat oven to 180°C.

  2. 02

    Beat egg whites until stiff.

  3. 03

    Mix other ingredients (egg yolks, oat bran, fromage frais, sweetener, lemon zest or cinnamon).

  4. 04

    Fold in egg whites.

  5. 05

    Pour into muffin pan.

  6. 06

    Bake 20–30 min.
