- 100mlbutter (margarine)(~⅜ cup)at room temperature
- 1egg
- 175mlmilk(~¾ cup)

- 200mlwater(~⅞ cup)
- 200gsoft brown sugar(~⅞ cup)
- 2mlcinnamon
- 35mlcocoa(~⅛ cup)
Method

Cream/mix butter, brown sugar and egg.

Add milk and mix.

Add flour mixture and mix well.

Place sauce in microwave for 5 min on 100%, stirring occasionally.

Pour boiling sauce over batter.

Place cling wrap over bowl.

Microwave for 5 min at 70%.

Remove plastic wrap.

Microwave for a further 5 min at 70%.
