Ingredients

  • 2eggs
  • 2 Tbspbrown sugar
  • pinchsalt
  • 2–3 Tbspself-raising flour

Method

  1. 01

    Mix together into a good batter.

  2. 02

    Cut sausages into small pieces.

  3. 03

    Dip in batter and deep fry.

Notes

Sauce: mix mayo, tomato sauce and chutney.
