Chocolate Panna Cotta

Ingredients
- 2gelatine leaves
- 2egg yolks
- 1 tbspcocoa powder
- 1 tbspprotein powder
- 100mlskimmed milk(~⅜ cup)
- 5 tbspfat free fromage frais
Method
- 01
Place gelatine in bowl of cold H₂O to soften.
- 02
Another bowl: combine egg yolks, cocoa powder & protein powder.

Boil milk & gently pour over egg mixture & stir to combine.
- 04
Squeeze out any excess H₂O from gelatine & drop into hot mixture & stir till dissolved.
- 05
Allow to cool then add fromage frais.
