Chocolate Fudge

4–5 min on low heat + 2–3 hours in the fridge

Ingredients

  • 1 tincondensed milk
  • 300gdark chocolate(~1⅝ cups)Any chocolate works for variety — dark is the default, milk or white also good

Method

    Heat the condensed milk over low heat.

  2. 02

    Add the chocolate and stir.

  3. 03

    Once the chocolate has melted, keep on the heat while stirring for 4–5 minutes.

  4. 04

    Pour into a pan.

  5. 05

    Refrigerate for 2–3 hours.
